Strider left Lisa suddenly, it was colic and there was no time for Lisa's heart to understand, no time to get ready or say good-bye. There was only time to save her perfect horse from pain. Strider is running now with Angels.

Whether I made the decision a moment too early, or a week too late really doesn't matter.  Her time is now forever, her health is now eternal.  We are important, but small, pieces in this eternal framework.  I am just thankful that Lady waits for me.
